  • Orders of $75+ qualify for free Economy Shipping (U.S.)
  • Orders of $150+ qualify for free Economy International Shipping

International Shipping

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Please allow 1–8 business days during high-demand periods or for made-to-order, limited, or specialty items.

If your order includes multiple items, processing time may be based on the item with the longest handling time.


Fulfillment Locations & Multiple Shipments

Orders may ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States or internationally.

If your order includes multiple items, it may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Delivery of one or more packages constitutes partial fulfillment of the order.


Delivery Issues & Support

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team.

We may coordinate with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution based on the situation. Resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution where applicable.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • A $4.99 reshipping fee may apply if the package is returned
  • If the carrier cannot return the package, we may not be able to recover or reship the order
